摘要
随着我国先进制造业的不断发展和进步,国产运动控制系统在各行各业中的应用越来越广泛,逐步成为了中国智能制造核心动力。传统的固定式灌装机需要在固定位灌装,效率较低,而采取灌装过程中灌装头跟随输送带、容器同步运行可以减少等待时间,大大提高机器的效率,对于跟随式灌装机而言其核心技术难点是机器系统的高速同步运动控制,这些功能是由伺服电机系统的探针锁存功能、电子凸轮功能以及锁瓶数据的递推算法实现。跟随式同步灌装机是总线运动控制系统的典型代表,对于研究机械设备产业智能化升级有着积极的参考意义。
With the continuous development and progress of China’s advanced manufacturing industry,domestic motion control system is more and more widely used in all walks of life,and has gradually become the core power of China’s intelligent manufacturing.The traditional fixed filling machine needs to fill in the fixed position with low efficiency.In the filling process,the filling head follows the conveyor belt and the container synchronously,which can reduce the waiting time and greatly improve the efficiency of the machine.For the follow filling machine,the core technical difficulty is the high-speed synchronous motion control of the machine system.These functions are realized by the probe latch function,electronic cam function and recursive algorithm of bottle locking data of servo motor system.The following synchronous filling machine is a typical representative of the bus motion control system,which has a demonstrative significance for the research on the intelligent upgrading of mechanical equipment industry.
