摘要
针对密封空间温度计量的需求,该文研制出一种基于Pt1000传感器的小型高精度温度数据采集仪,并进行了实验验证。该设备外观尺寸为30×60 mm(φ×L),测温范围达到(-40~140)℃,测量分辨力为0.01℃,测量精度优于±0.1℃。实验结果表明,研制的温度数据采集仪的示值误差绝对值不超过0.06℃,且示值误差的扩展不确定度优于0.05℃(k=2)。此外,还利用研制的温度数据采集仪对医用热力灭菌设备温度计进行了校准,获得了灭菌设备温度计的示值误差和温度波动度等参数。
In order to metering the temperature parameter in sealed chamber,a small size high precision temperature data acquisition instrument based on Pt1000 temperature sensor was developed,and the verification experiment for this instrument was accomplished.The size of this developed instrument was 30×60 mm(φ×L),also a wide temperature measurement range of(-40~140)℃was acquired.The measurement resolution and accuracy was 0.01℃ and ±0.1℃respectively.The experimental results demonstrated that the absolute indication error of this instrument developed in this paper was below 0.06℃.While the extended uncertainty for indication error was less than 0.05℃(k=2).In addition,a thermometer of clinic autoclave was calibrated using this developed temperature data acquisition instrument,and the parameters such as indication error and uniformity were both investigated.
