天津信用信息共享交换系统的建设,是依托天津市电子政务外网和互联网,实现与国家、我市各类社会征信系统和平台的互联互通,整合政务诚信、商务诚信、社会诚信和司法公信等领域信用信息,打造全市统一、覆盖全面的天津市信用信息共享交换中心。通过信用信息共享交换系统,能够加强数据收集力度,扩大数据收集范围,搭建平台,实现数据的整合利用同时加强监管,规范奖惩措施。

The construction of Tianjin credit information sharing and exchange system relies on Tianjin e-government external network and Internet to realize the interconnection with various social credit reference systems and platforms of the state and our city,integrate credit information in the fields of government integrity,business integrity,social integrity and judicial public credit,and build a unified and comprehensive Tianjin credit information sharing and exchange center.Through the credit information sharing and exchange system,we can strengthen the data collection,expand the scope of data collection,build a platform,realize the integration and utilization of data,strengthen supervision,and standardize the reward and punishment measures.
