摘要
目的研究麦柴方对食管上皮细胞FXR/CDX2表达的影响,以阐释其治疗反流性食管炎的机制。方法将食管上皮细胞暴露于酸性环境中制作反流性食管炎模型,采用Western-Blt法分别测定正常组、模型组和给药组FXR/CDX2水平,并通过统计分析研究各组中上述水平的差异。结果模型组中,FXR/CDX2水平较正常组显著升高(P<0.05);给药组FXR/CDX2水平较模型组显著降低(P<0.05,除低剂量组CDX2表达外),且高剂量组上述数值与正常组没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论麦柴方可以通过抑制FXR/CDX2表达治疗反流性食管炎。
OBJECTIVE To carried out research on Maichai formula′s influence on FXR/CDX2 expression,for the purpose of explaining its therapeutic effect for reflux esophagitis.METHODS Esophageal epithelial cell was exposed in acidic environment to construct reflux esophagitis model,and Western-blot were used to detect FXR/CDX levels in groups such as normal,model and treatments,the obtained data was introduced to statistic analysis for their differences.RESULTS In model group,the FXR/CDX2 level was significantly increased compared with normal groups(P<0.05),while the treatment groups showed much lower FXR/CDX2 levels than the model group(P<0.05,except CDX2 expression for low dose treatment group),and the high dosage treatment group had the values similar to that of the normal ones(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Maichai formula treated reflux esophagitis by suppressing FXR/CDX2 expression.
