摘要
目的以市售5家企业的28批次青黛饮片为研究对象进行青黛质量的考察研究。方法采用化学滴定法测定青黛中碳酸钙的含量;高效液相色谱法测定靛蓝和靛玉红的含量,测定了28批次青黛饮片样品。结果碳酸钙含量为65.01%~87.94%,平均值为74.70%;靛蓝含量为1.70%~3.87%,平均值为3.23%;靛玉红含量结果为0.12%~0.41%,平均值为0.25%。结论建立化学滴定法测定青黛中碳酸钙的含量,可为青黛石灰残留量标准限度的制定提供依据;靛蓝和靛玉红的测定结果提示企业应关注生产工艺对含量的影响。
OBJECTIVE Taking 28 batches of Indigo naturalis from 5 enterprises as the research object,the quality of Indigo naturalis was investigated.METHODS The contents of calcium carbonate in Indigo naturalis were determined by chemical titration,indigo and indirubin were determined by HPLC,and 28 batches of Indigo naturalis were determined.RESULTS The content of calcium carbonate was 65.01%-87.94%,with an average of 74.70%;the content of indigo was 1.70%-3.87%,with an average of 3.23%;the content of indirubin was 0.12%-0.41%,with an average of 0.25%.CONCLUSION Chemical titration method was established to determine the content of calcium carbonate in Indigo naturalis,which can provide the basis for establishing the standard limit of lime residue in Indigo naturalis.The results of indigo and indirubin indicated that enterprises should pay attention to the influence of production process on the content.
