茵芩合剂的微乳薄层色谱鉴别

摘要 目的建立可行的院内制剂茵芩合剂的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用微乳液(十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-正丁醇-油相-水=2.7∶6.3∶1.0∶30.0,质量比w/w)为基础展开体系,同时对制剂的主要成分茵陈、黄芩和大黄进行薄层鉴别,考察以正庚烷、正已烷和环已烷为油相,以及添加甲酸、丙酮作为改性剂时对分离鉴别效果的影响。结果以正庚烷、正已烷和环已烷为油相配制的微乳液均有较好的分离鉴别效果,但以微乳液(SDS-正丁醇-环已烷-水=2.7∶6.3∶1.0∶30.0(w/w))-甲酸=9∶1为更好。结论采用微乳薄层色谱法可同时鉴别茵芩合剂的多种组分,操作简单,效果可靠。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the identification of YinQin mixture by TLC.METHODS The microemulsion(Sodium Lauryl sulfate-n-butanol-oil phase-water=2.7∶6.3∶1.0∶30.0,w/w)was used as the basic developing system,and the main components of the preparation were identified by TLC,the effects of N-heptane,n-hexane and cyclohexane as oil phases and the addition of formic acid and acetone as modifiers on the separation and identification were investigated.RESULTS The microemulsions prepared with N-heptane,n-hexane and cyclohexane as oil had good separation and identification results,but the microemulsions(SDS-n-butanol-cyclohexane-water=2.7∶6.3∶1.0∶30.0(w/w))-formic acid 9∶1 were better.CONCLUSION Microemulsion Thin layer chromatography can be used to identify the multiple components of YinQin mixture.The operation is simple and the effect is reliable.
