摘要
为提高高铁桥梁墩柱模板结构体系设计效率,避免模板工程设计自动化程度低问题,对桥梁墩柱模板结构设计方法进行优化。基于结构组成和结构体系关系角度分析了模板结构体系设计的影响因素,建立了高铁桥梁墩柱模板结构设计数学模型,应用遗传算法求解模板最优设计,并建立基于BIM模型的模板结构的设计流程,以支持设计人员自动化设计桥墩模板结构体系方案。实例应用验证表明,模板结构设计方法可有效避免桥梁墩柱模板工程设计精细度不足问题,优化后结构质量降低37.9%,改善了传统模板结构设计模式中人为因素的影响,有效提高桥梁墩柱模板工程设计效率。
In order to improve the design efficiency of the high-speed railway bridge pier structural system and avoid low precision of the template design,the structural design method of bridge pier/pillar is optimized.The influence factors in the design of the template structure system are analyzed based on the relationship between the structure composition and the structure system.The mathematical model of the template structure design of high-speed railway bridge pier is established.The genetic algorithm is used to fulfill the optimal design of the template.The BIM model is employed as the template structure to design the mathematical model and assist the designer to develop automatically and visually the pier template structural system scheme.The example application verification shows that the template structure design method can effectively avoid the problem of inadequate design fineness of the bridge piers and pillars.After optimization,the structural mass is reduced by 37.9%,which reduces the influence of human factors in the traditional formwork design and effectively improves the design efficiency of the bridge piers and pillars.
