摘要
从藏地植物筛选具有抗黑曲霉活性的菌株及代谢物,为化妆品天然防腐剂的研发提供候选天然产物.采集6株藏地植物,用组织分离法分离到78株内生真菌,经玉米和大米固体发酵并提取得到156个代谢物,采用滤纸片法筛选具抗黑曲霉活性代谢物13个,其中LT 46C、LT 46R、LT 62R等8个样品对黑曲霉的抑菌圈大于1 mm.活性最高的菌株LT 46、LT 62、LT 36经ITS分子鉴定分别为ConiolaRella属、Coniochaeta cipronana亚属和Daldinia属.该结果为研发化妆品新型天然防腐剂提供实验依据.
To provide candidate natural products for the research and development of natural preservatives for cosmetics,strains and metabolites with anti-Aspergillus Niger activity were screened from plants in Tibet.Isolate and purify endophytic fungi from 6 Tibetan plant samples.A total of 78 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated and 156 metabolites were obtained by rice and corn solid fermentation.After screening their anti Aspergillus activity,13 extracts had a certain inhibitory effect on Aspergillus niger.The inhibition zone of 8 samples against Aspergillus niger was greater than 1mm,such as LT 46C、LT 46R、LT 62R.The most active strains(LT 46、LT 62、LT 36)were identified as ConiolaRella,Coniochaeta cipronana and Daldinia by its ITS.This experiment provides experimental basis for developing new natural preservatives for cosmetics.
