摘要
建立PCR—高分辨率熔解曲线分析体系检测惠阳胡须鸡禽白血病病毒囊膜糖蛋白基因的gp85序列,以期对ALV不同亚型病毒进行分类与鉴定.采用PCR-HRM方法,成功快速检测出400例惠阳胡须鸡样本所携带禽白血病病毒不同亚型,建立了一种快速区分禽白血病内源型和外源型病毒的检测方法,为惠阳胡须鸡国家保种基地对禽白血病的净化提供快速检测.
To classify and identify different sub-types of avian leukosis virus(ALV),a PCR-high resolution melting curve analysis system(PCR-HRM)was established to detect the gp85 sequence of envelope glycoprotein gene of ALV of Huiyang bearded chicken.Different sub-types of ALV were detected by PCR-HRM in 400 samples of Huiyang Bearded chickens.A rapid method for distinguishing the endogenous and exogenous sub-types of avian leukosis virus was thus established.It provides a rapid detection for the purification of avian leukemia in Huiyang bearded chicken national breeding base.
