农业院校与中医院校“中药资源与开发”专业培养模式的比较研究

Comparative Study of the Specialized Training Program of"Chinese Medicine Resources and Development"Offered by Agricultural Colleges and Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges

“中药资源与开发”专业在中医药背景、农业背景的院校均有开设,通过对八所不同专业背景院校的培养方案进行比较分析,结合当前中药资源产业存在的问题及发展趋势,提出具有农业背景的专业培养重点,应定位在产业链的前端,即中药材的种植及产地加工;具有中医药背景的专业培养重点,应定位在产业链的中端及后端,中端为饮片加工与炮制,后端为相关医药产品的开发与利用.相同专业的差异化培养,才能发挥不同办学背景院校的师资、科研优势,满足中药资源产业发展对人才的多样化的需求.

There are specialized programs relating to traditional Chinese medicine resources and development in different colleges and universities,such as the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)universities and agricultural universities.We chose eight different colleges and universities from different backgrounds,different regions,and in different scales,to compare and analyse their training programs for the purpose of seeking a way to deal with the industry’s problems,which is an industry chain needing graduates with distinctions in the same specialized domain.So,professional training in agricultural universities should focus on herb genetic resources and good agricultural practice(GAP),namely the front end of the industrial chain while TCM universities should focus on TCM decoction and utilization of related medical products,namely the middle end as well as the end of the industrial chain respectively.The advantages and characteristics of the specialized programs in different colleges and universities are based on different educational backgrounds and scientific research projects.Thus,the diversified graduates will be able to satisfy different industry needs.
