心电信息系统在急性心肌梗死患者超急性期心电图诊断中的应用效果

Application effect of ECG information system in electrocardiographicdiagnosis of acute myocardial infarction patients in hyperacute phase

目的探讨心电信息系统在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者超急性期心电图诊断中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析112例临床明确诊断并行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的AMI患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用心电信息系统进行心电图检查及诊断。按心电信息系统有无储存的心电图资料分为有心电资料组(62例)和无心电资料组(50例)。比较两组患者心电图阳性改变情况、首次心电图诊断情况、心电图诊断时间。结果两组共有102例患者出现心电图阳性改变,阳性改变率为91.07%;其中98例患者首次心电图诊断提示AMI(占87.50%),14例患者间隔10~30 min连续观察心电图后明确诊断(占12.5%)。有心电资料组的心电图诊断时间短于无心电资料组,心电图阳性改变率、心电图首次诊断率均高于无心电资料组(均P<0.05)。结论在AMI患者超急性期心电图诊断中应用心电信息系统储存的心电图资料进行对比观察,有助于缩短心电图诊断时间,增加心电图阳性改变的识别率,提高首次心电图AMI的诊断率。

Objective To explore the application effect of ECG information system in the electrocardiographic diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients in the hyperacute phase.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with clinically diagnosed AMI who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention were retrospectively analyzed,and all patients received ECG examination and diagnosis using the ECG information system.The patients were divided into ECG data group(62 cases)and ECG data lacking group(50 cases)according to whetheRthey had ECG data stored in the ECG information system.The incidence of positive ECG alteration,initial ECG diagnosis,and duration foRECG diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results There were 102 cases of positive ECG alteration in the two groups,with a positive alteration rate of 91.07%;among them,98(87.50%)cases were diagnosed with AMI revealed by initial ECG,and 14(12.5%)were diagnosed with AMI revealed by consecutive observation on ECG at an interval of 10 to 30 minutes.The ECG data group exhibited shorteRduration foRECG diagnosis,and higheRrates of positive ECG alteration and initial ECG diagnosis as compared with the ECG data lacking group(all P<0.05).Conclusion FoRAMI patients in the hyperacute phase,the application of ECG data stored in the ECG information system to electrocardiographic diagnosis foRa comparative observation might contribute to shortening the duration foRECG diagnosis,increasing the identification rate of positive ECG alteration,and improving the diagnosis rate of AMI revealed by initial ECG.
