南宁市社区实践教学基地医师带教现状和培训需求调查及带教意愿影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解南宁市社区实践教学基地带教医师的带教现状和师资培训需求,以及带教意愿的影响因素。方法采用自制问卷对南宁市10所社区卫生服务中心的95名带教师资进行问卷调查,了解社区实践教学基地带教医师的带教现状和师资培训需求,分析带教意愿的影响因素。结果95名带教医师的工作年限、学历、职称基本符合相关规范,其中有60.00%(57名)参加过师资培训,82.11%(78名)愿意从事带教工作。在教学相关知识培训需求方面,最迫切需要培训的内容为临床实习带教技巧(27.37%);教学培训方式以在社区卫生服务中心在职培训(34.74%)和网络培训(24.21%)需求最高;接受培训时间大多为5 d以内,参加培训面临的主要困难是工作比较忙和经费缺乏。Logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、参加过师资培训、临床医学专业背景和从事全科医疗工作的医师的带教意愿更强(均P<0.05)。结论南宁市社区实践教学基地带教医师结构基本合理,大部分有带教意愿和培训需求,但缺乏带教时间、缺乏报酬、教学工作烦琐是带教医师主要面临的障碍,他们最需要接受的培训是临床实习带教技巧等实践教学方面的内容,比较愿意接受的培训形式是短期的在职集中培训和网络培训。女性、参加过师资培训、临床医学专业背景和从事全科医疗工作的医师对带教更感兴趣。 Objective To investigate the teaching status and teacheRtraining demands,as well as the influencing factors of the willingness to teach,in teacheRphysicians from community practicing training bases in Nanning City.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to perform a questionnaire survey among 95 teachers from 10 community health service centers in Nanning City to explore the teaching status and teacheRtraining demands of teacheRphysicians at community practicing training bases as well as analyze the influencing factors of the willingness to teach.Results Among 95 teacheRphysicians whose length of working years,educational level,and professional title were in accordance with the related rules,57(60.00%)physicians had teacheRtraining experience and 78(82.11%)physicians were willing to engage in the teaching work.In terms of the demands foRteaching-related knowledge training,the most urgent issue of training demands was clinical practice teaching skills(27.37%);the teaching training approaches were dominated by on-the-job training at community health service centers(34.74%)and online training(24.21%);the duration of training was commonly less than five days,and the majoRproblems,which the physicians participating in the training faced,were busy work and funds insufficiency.Logistic regression analysis results showed that female physicians,physicians who had participated in teacheRtraining,physicians with education background of clinical medicine majoRoRwith engagement in general practice had a strongeRwillingness to teach(all P<0.05).Conclusion TeacheRphysicians at community practicing training bases in Nanning City possess a fundamentally reasonable composition,most of them have a willingness to teach and training demands.However,insufficient teaching time,pooRpay,cumbersome teaching tasks are the majoRobstacles teacheRphysicians are facing.The skills associated with clinical practice teaching and otheRissues about practice teaching are what they need most,and they are fairly willing to receive short-term gathering on-the-job training and online training.Female physicians,physicians who have participated in teacheRtraining,physicians with education background of clinical medicine majoRoRwith engagement in general practice are more interested in teaching practice.
