HADM生物束带加强会阴体在阴道紧缩术的应用

Human Acellular Dermal Mantrix Applicated to Enhancement of Perineum in Vaginal Tightening

目的探讨使用脱细胞异体真皮(HADM)生物束带加强会阴体的操作方法及其在阴道紧缩术中的作用。方法随机选取本手术项目组2019年2月~2020年12月使用HADM生物束带加强会阴体的阴道紧缩术50例求美者作为观察对象;均在生物束带“U型”缩窄阴道腔的基础上,同时用HADM生物束带在会阴部肌肉层“8”字形加强会阴体;主要观察手术时间、术后阴道缩窄、会阴体的饱满度和高度的变化,随访术后3月求美者对会阴外形及性生活的满意度。结果本组手术共观察50例。手术时间平均27 min。术后即刻阴道口、阴道中下段均明显收紧;会阴体饱满、高度增加,阴道肛门间直线距离延长;术后3个月随访,求美者对阴道口及会阴外形、阴道紧致度及收缩控制力表示满意,对性生活改善的满意度达96%。结论使用HADM生物束带“8”字形加强会阴体,可通过修复加强会阴浅横肌,提高盆底的托举力和阴道收缩的控制力,增加了阴道紧缩手术的整体效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the operation method of HADM(human acellular dermal mantrix)biological band to strengthen the perineum and its role in vaginal tightening.Methods 50 cases of vaginal tightening who strengthened the perineum with HADM from February 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as objects observed.All patients were based on the"U-shape"narrowing vaginal cavity,while strengthening the perineum through"8-shape"suture in the perineus muscle layer.Observe the operation time,changes of postoperative vaginal narrowing,fullness and height of perineum,and patients satisfaction with perineal appearance and sexual life was followed up 3 months after operation.Results A total of 50 surgeries were observed.The average operation time was 27 min.Immediately after surgery,the vaginal mouth and lower sections were significantly tightened,the perineum became full and high,and the linear distance between the vaginal anus was extended.3 months later,postoperative follow-up showed that all patients was satisfaction with the vaginal mouth and the appearance,vaginal tightness and contraction control,and the satisfaction rate with sexual life improvement reached 96%.Conclusion Strengthening the perineum through"8-shape"suture with HADM,cound strengthen the perineal shallow transverse muscle,improve the pelvic floor support and the control of vaginal contraction,increase the overall effect of vaginal tightening,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
