养血润肤汤联合Emax光电协同技术治疗血虚风燥型面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Yangxue Runfu Decoction combined with EMAX photoelectric synergistic technology in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness

目的观察养血润肤汤联合光电协同技术治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎证属血虚风燥型的临床疗效。方法将符合条件的68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,对照组采用口服养血润肤汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合光电协同治疗,连续治疗12周,观察两组患者的皮损症状评分及安全性。结果治疗组皮损症状评分在治疗后均有明显降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后面部紧绷感及毛细血管扩张症状评分较治疗前(P>0.05),而其余皮损症状评分(P<0.05);两组对比,治疗后治疗组皮损症状评分显著低于对照组相应指标(P<0.05),且其临床总有效率94.12%明显高于对照组73.53%(P<0.05);两组均无显著不良反应发生。结论血虚风燥型面部激素依赖性皮炎患者采用养血润肤汤联合光电协同技术联合治疗是治疗本病安全有效的治疗方法,中西医联合治疗具有标本兼治的功效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Runfu Decoction combined with photoelectric technology in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods The 68 eligible patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(34 cases in each).The control group was treated with oral Yangxue moisturizing skin decoction,and the observation group was treated with photoelectric synergistic therapy on the basis of the control group for 12 consecutive weeks.The lesion symptom score and safety of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The lesions symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of facial tightness and telangiectasia in the control group after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P>0.05),and the scores of other skin lesions(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the corresponding indexes of the control group(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate of 94.12%was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.53%(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis with blood deficiency and dryness by Yangxue Runfu Decoction combined with photoelectric synergistic technology is a safe and effective treatment method for this disease.The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has the efficacy of treating both symptoms and root causes,and is worthy of promotion.
