摘要
针对某汽车座椅内外侧盖板塑件结构和特点,设计了一套“1+1”模腔布局的注塑模具。模具浇注系统采用“热流道+冷流道”形式,浇口采用扇形侧浇口;为实现塑件内表面倒扣顺利脱模,设计了2个滑块结构和6个斜顶结构,两个滑块成型的倒扣部位倒扣距离较大,滑块机构采用“油缸+滑块”形式,6个斜顶中有1个斜顶角度较大,采用带有辅助导向杆的斜顶结构,其余斜顶采用常用斜顶结构。对塑件内表面较小倒扣采用直顶块强制脱模结构,模具脱模系统采用“顶针+直顶块+斜顶”联合顶出,采用油缸提供脱模动力,模具结构复杂。模具投产后,运行平稳,实践表明,结构合理可靠。
According to the structure and characteristics of the cover plates of a car seat,an injection mold with“1+1”cavity layout was designed.The runner system of the mold adopted the form of“hot runner+cold runner”,and the gate adopts fan-shaped side gate.In order to realize the undercut demoulding of the inner surface of plastic parts,two sliders and six lifters were designed.Because of the long core pulling distance,the slider mechanism adopted the form of“cylinder+slider”.One of the six lifters has a larger angle and adopted the lifter structure with auxiliary guide pin,other lifters were designed with commonly structure.For the shorter undercut on the inner surface of plastic parts,the straight ejection block forced demoulding structure was adopted.The mold ejection system adopted“ejector pin+straight ejector block+lifter”.The ejection power was provided by the cylinder,and the mold structure was very complex.The parts produced by the mold met the customer requirements.The practice show that the structure is reasonable and reliable.
