摘要
肝纤维化是由于各种原因(如病毒、乙醇、高脂饮食、自身免疫性、血吸虫、药物或毒素等)造成慢性肝损伤后,导致肝星状细胞激活,以及细胞外基质过多积累的肝结构改变过程。肝纤维化是肝损伤向肝硬化甚至肝癌发展的一个中间环节。因此,延缓、阻止甚至逆转肝纤维化极其重要。文章对目前不同病因肝纤维化的治疗进展做一综述。
Liver fibrosis is caused by various causes including hepatitis viruses,alcohol,high fat diet,autoimmune,schistosomiasis,drugs or toxins,etc.They cause the activation of hepatic stellate cells and the accumulation of extracellular matrix during chronic liver injury.Liver fibrosis is an intermediate link in the development of various disease leading to liver injury to liver cirrhosis and even liver cancer.Therefore,delaying,preventing or even reversing liver fibrosis is extremely important.This article summarizes current anti-liver fibrosis treatments in different liver diseases.
