运用雷达图分析法开展航空运输投送能力评估探析

开展部队航空运输投送能力评估,不但可掌握部队现有航空运输投送能力水平,还可用于指导部队未来航空运输投送能力建设发展,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。针对部队航空运输投送能力评估指标多、综合性强的特点,运用雷达图分析法对运输航空兵部队运输投送能力进行评估,设计了相应的评估指标体系,并对三个运输航空兵部队进行了具体评估。评估过程可为有关部队改进与提高航空运输投送能力提供决策参考。

Carry out the evaluation of the air transport projection ability of the army can not only grasp the current level of the air transport projection ability of the army,but also guide the construction and development of the air transport projection ability of the army in the future,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.In view of the features of multiple and strong comprehensiveness of the air transport projection ability of the army,the radar chart method was used to evaluate the transportation projection ability of the air transportation forces in the theater,the corresponding evaluation index system was designed,and three transportation aviation brigades were evaluated.The evaluation procedure can provide decision-making reference for the improvement of the transportation projection ability of the relevant troops.
