摘要
因城市道路扩宽、桥梁本身年久失修以及消除原桥与地铁区间的干扰,决定对合肥市长江路桥进行拆除,同时考虑其处于城市中心繁华复杂区段,提出一种既有双曲拱桥快速拆除施工技术。拆除方案坚持建造逆做的拆除原则,对预制拼装构件采用与施工流程相反的逆向拆除工序,逐步拆除拱上结构、空腹段和主拱圈,设置了支架、浮船等辅助设施;采用1台300 t汽车吊进行吊装施工,同时利用其自重可避免桥台偏压问题。拆除工作完成快速、安全以及对环境污染较小,对我国城市中心既有双曲拱桥的拆除具有参考价值。
Due to the widening of urban roads,the disrepair of the bridge itself and the elimination of the interference between the original bridge and the subway section,it was decided to demolish the Yangtze River Road&Bridge in Hefei.At the same time,considering that it was located in the prosperous and complex section of the urban center,a rapid demolition construction technology of existing double curved arch bridge was proposed.The demolition scheme adhered to the principle of reverse construction,adopted the reverse demolition process opposite to the construction process for prefabricated components,gradually demolished the arch structure,vierendeel section and main arch ring,and then set up supports,floating boats and other auxiliary facilities.One 300 t truck crane was used for hoisting construction,and its self weight could avoid the problem of abutment bias.The demolition work was completed quickly,safely with little environmental pollution,which has reference value for the demolition of existing double-curved arch bridges in urban centers in China.
