高等教育现代化背景下地方高校社会服务能力建设研究

The Social Service Capability Construction of Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Higher Education Modernization

高等教育现代化是提升高等教育质量、促进高等教育内涵式发展的重要方式,也是提升高校社会服务能力的重要途径。从高等教育现代化视角看,地方高校社会服务能力建设有利于提升地方高校的人才培养质量,促进地方高校和地方经济社会共赢发展。但是受各种因素影响,地方高校社会服务能力建设面临着服务意识薄弱、服务机制不健全、服务能力缺失等问题,为此,应当提高地方高校的社会服务意识,优化地方高校的专业设置和学科建设,创新地方高校的人才培养模式,建立高校、政府和企业相结合的沟通合作机制,不断提升地方高校的社会服务能力。

The modernization of higher education is an important method to improve the quality and promote the connotative development of higher education,as well as to enhance the social service capability of colleges and universities.From the perspective of higher education modernization,the construction of social service capability of local colleges and universities is conducive to improving the quality of talent training and promoting the win-win development of local schools,economy and society.However,affected by various factors,the construction of capability is confronted with many problems,such as weak service consciousness,imperfect service mechanism and lack of service capability.Therefore,we should enhance the social service consciousness,optimize the specialty setting and discipline construction,innovate the talent training mode,and establish the communication and cooperation mechanism of the school,government and enterprises,continuously improve the social service capability of local colleges and universities.
