摘要
研究了不同百叶折流板倾角α、不同相邻百叶折流板组夹角β对交错百叶折流板管壳式换热器性能的影响。结果表明,交错百叶折流板换热器的壳侧压降随百叶折流板倾角α的增大逐渐降低,随相邻百叶折流板组夹角β的增大逐渐增加。与弓形折流板换热器相比,百叶折流板倾角为75°时压降最明显,降低幅度为79.26%~79.61%;相邻百叶折流板组夹角为15°时压降最明显,降低幅度为76.65%~77.12%.当百叶折流板倾角α大于45°时,交错百叶折流板换热器的单位泵功换热系数随倾角α的增大而减小。与弓形折流板换热器相比,百叶折流板倾角和相邻百叶折流板组夹角都为45°时,新型换热器的综合性能最好,增加幅度为79.49%~118.70%.
The effects of louver baffle inclination angleαand adjacent louver baffle group intersection angleβon the performance of staggered louver baffle shell and tube heat exchanger are studied.The results show that the pressure drop on the shell side of staggered louver baffle heat exchanger gradually decreases with the increase of the inclination angle of louver baffleα,and gradually increases with the increase of the angleβof adjacent louver baffle group.Compared with that in the heat exchanger with segmental baffles,the pressure drop is the most obvious when the inclination angle of the louver baffle is 75°,which is reduced by 79.26%to 79.61%;when the intersection angle of adjacent louver baffle group is 15°,the pressure drop is the most obvious.The reduction range is 76.65%~77.12%.When the inclination angleαof the louver baffle is greater than 45°,the heat transfer coefficient per unit pump work of the staggered louver baffle heat exchanger decreases with the increase of inclination angleα.With respect to the heat exchanger with segmental baffles,when the inclination angle of louver baffle and the intersection angle of adjacent louver baffle group are both 45°,the comprehensive performance of the new heat exchanger is the best,an increase of 79.49%to 118.70%.
