面向多源异构资源融合的公共文化数字化建设路径

The Digital Construction Pathways of Public Culture for the Convergence of Heterogeneous Resources from Multiple Sources

对多源、异构、海量数字资源进行语义层面的内容聚合和知识挖掘,实现更深层次的融合利用是推动公共文化数字化建设的必要举措。本文聚焦数据融合、平台融合和服务融合三个层面,探讨了公共数字文化服务中的资源融合问题。数据融合是基础,要重视整体资源建设的统筹协调,针对性建设基层公共数字文化资源的同时,加快数字资源标准规范体系的建设和推广;平台融合是关键,要基于三大公共数字文化工程,打造实现移动互联、智慧服务、多语言资源发现的一站式综合平台;服务融合是目标,要建立公共数字文化服务的多元合作供给机制,建立面向少数民族的公共数字文化服务推广机制和面向“一带一路”沿线国家的合作共建机制。

Content aggregation and knowledge mining at the semantic level for multiple sources,heterogeneous,and massive digital resources to achieve deeper integration and utilization is a necessary measure to promote the digital construction of public culture.This paper discusses resource convergence in public digital cultural services from the perspective of data,platform,and service.First,data convergence is the foundation.Attention should be paid to the overall coordination of public digital cultural resources construction,especially to enhancing the grassroots level’s supply and innovation of public digital cultural resources.It is also needed to accelerate the construction and promotion of the standard metadata systems.Then,platform convergence is the key.It is proposed to create a comprehensive,intelligent,and unified platform for mobile connectivity,intelligent services,and multilingual resource discovery based on three major public digital cultural projects.Finally,service convergence is the goal.It is proposed to establish a multi-faceted cooperative supply mechanism,a service promotion mechanism for ethnic minorities,a co-operation and co-construction mechanism for countries along the Belt and Road.
