略论南水北调中线渠首精神及其时代价值

A Brief Discussion on the Spirit of Qushou in Central Line of the South-to-north Water Diversion Project and its Value of the Times

本文梳理了渠首精神形成的两个阶段,认为渠首精神以中华优秀传统文化和中国共产党人的精神谱系为基因,其主要内涵是奉献精神、人本精神和奋斗精神,渠首精神还具有彰显中国制度优势、丰富社会主义核心价值观和助力经济社会发展等时代价值。

This paper combed through the two stages of the formation of the spirit of Qushou,and think that the spirit of Qushou is based on the Chinese excellent traditional culture and the spiritual genealogy of the Chinese Communists,the main connotation is dedication,human spirit and struggle spirit.The spirit of Qushou also has the value of the times,such as highlighting the advantages of China's system,enriching the core socialist values and helping economic and social development.
