创新型城市建设的差异化路径探索——以河南省信阳市为例

Study on the Differential Path of Innovative City Construction——Taking Xinyang City in Henan Province as an Example

建设创新型城市是推进城市可持续发展的迫切要求,应积极发挥城市的比较优势,选择差异化的建设路径。本文以河南省信阳市为例,建议走政府主导的发展模式,从促交通增交流、聚焦人力资源、绿色低碳发展、优化创新环境几个方面建设创新型城市。

Innovative city construction is an urgent requirement to promote the sustainable development of cities.The comparative advantages of cities should be brought into play and differentiated construction paths should be chosen.Taking Xinyang city as an example,this paper suggests a government leading development model.Create an innovative city from the paths as increasing communication,focusing on human resources,developing with green and low-carbon concept,and optimizing innovation.
