中医药治疗便秘型肠易激综合征研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Constipation Irritable Bowel Syndrome

便秘型肠易激综合征是一种临床特征与腹痛、腹胀相关的排便次数减少或排便困难的消化科常见疾病,其对患者的工作及生活造成了极大的困扰。中医药治疗本病有着独特的优势,具有药材丰富、不良反应少、复发率低、远期疗效稳定等优点,主要包括中医中药治疗、中西医结合治疗及针灸、推拿等中医特色疗法。本研究结合近年相关研究,从便秘型肠易激综合征中医病因病机、中药治疗、中医治疗、中西医结合治疗等方面进行综述,以期为临床治疗本病提供更多参考和借鉴。

Constipation irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C)is a common digestive disease characterized by reduced defecation frequency or difficulty in defecation associated with abdominal pain and bloating,which has caused great trouble to the work and life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in trenting IBS-C,which has rich medicinal materials,fewer side effects,low recurrence rate,stable long-term efficacy.It includes traditional Chinese medicine treatment,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and acupuncture,massage and other traditional Chinese medicine therapy.In this paper,combined with recent research propress,the TCM etiology and pathogenesis,Chinese herbal medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and other aspects of IBS-C were reviewed,in order to provide more reference for clinical treatment of IBC-C.
