516例眼科日间手术药学咨询服务帕累托图分析

Pareto Diagram Analysis on 516 Cases of Medication Consultation about Ophthalmological Ambulatory Surgery

目的:了解我院眼科日间手术药学咨询特点,为提高临床药师药学服务质量提供数据支持。方法:汇总分析我院眼科日间手术部2019年1月至2020年12月516例药学咨询记录,对咨询内容及咨询药物类别进行分类统计,采用帕累托图进行回顾性分析。结果:516例咨询中,咨询对象以患者及家属为主(327例,63.37%)。帕累托图分析结果显示,用法用量(149例,28.88%)、用药疗程(92例,17.83%)、联合用药及药物相互作用(54例,10.47%)、不良反应(48例,9.30%)和药品储存(43例,8.33%)为咨询内容中的主要因素;眼用抗菌药物(168例,32.56%)、眼用抗炎药物(105例,20.35%)、抗干眼药物/人工泪液(71例,13.76%)和降眼压药物(55例,10.66%)为咨询药物类别中的主要因素。结论:我院眼科日间手术部用药咨询内容以用法用量为主,咨询药物类别以眼用抗菌药物为主,临床药师应把握专科用药特点,提高服务能力,为日间手术患者合理用药保驾护航。

Objective:To understand the characteristics of medication consultation in ophthalmological ambulatory surgery derpartment in our hospital,and to provide data support for improving the quality of pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmcist.Methods:Records of 516 cases of medication consultation in ophthalmological ambulatory surgery department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were summarized and analyzed.The consultation contents and types of drugs were classified statistically,and analyzed by Pareto diagram.Results:Of the 516 cases of consultation,patients and their families were the main objects(327 cases,63.37%).Pareto diagram analysis showed that usage and dosage(149 cases,28.88%),medication course(92 cases,17.83%),drug combination and drug interaction(54 cases,10.47%),adverse reactions(48 cases,9.30%)and drug storage(43 cases,8.33%)were the main factors in consultation contents.Ophthalmic antibiotics(168 cases,32.56%),ophthalmic anti-inflammatory drugs(105 cases,20.35%),anti-dry eye drugs/artificial tears(71 cases,13.76%)and intraocular pressure-lowering drugs(55 cases,10.66%)were the main factors for the type of consultation drugs.Conclusion:The content of medication consultation in the ophthalmological ambulatory surgery department in our hospital is mainly about usage and dosage,and the type of consultation drugs is mainly ophthalmic antibiotics.Clinical pharmacists should grasp the characteristics of specialty medication,improve service ability,and ensure rational drug use for the patients.
