摘要
城镇老旧小区改造是呼应居民期盼、顺应城市发展的必要之举,各个城市开展了多次涉及老旧小区的各类专项改造,小到屋顶漏水、立面美化,大到危旧房改善、环境提升。但改造的“阵痛”却不断产生,没有切实而长久地打造居民满意、融入现代化城市面貌的居住小区。针对上述问题,本文以杭州市新一轮老旧小区综合改造提升工作为例,探讨当前老旧小区改造中“综合改一次”的难点和对策。
The transformation of old residential areas in cities and towns is a necessary move to meet the expectations of residents and comply with the urban development.Various cities have carried out many kinds of special transformation involving old residential areas,ranging from roof leakage and facade beautification to the improvement of dilapidated buildings and environment.However,the pains of transformation are constantly frequent,and there is no practical and long-term way to build a residential community that is satisfied with the residents and integrated into the modern urban appearance.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the new round of comprehensive transformation and upgrading of old residential areas in Hangzhou as an example to explore the difficulties and countermeasures of"comprehensive transformation at one time"in the current transformation of old residential areas.
