住宅小区海绵城市建设工程实践

海绵城市是生态文明建设的重要内容,其核心是低影响设计,实现雨洪管理。本文通过对海绵城市建设体系的梳理,结合实际项目的海绵建设路径,从控制目标、划分汇水分区、设计竖向、布置绿色雨水基础设施等多种方式,实现低影响海绵设施的设计,以及与场地景观充分融合,实现“处处有海绵、也处处无海绵”的境界,发挥小区海绵城市建设的示范作用。

Sponge City is an important part of Ecological Civilization construction,with its core on low impact design to realize rain and flood management.Through combing the construction system of Sponge City and combining the sponge construction path of the actual projects,this paper discusses the control target,the division of the catchment area,the vertical design,the reasonable design of the green rainwater infrastructure to achieve low-impact sponge facilities design,and the full integration with the site landscape.Everywhere sponge,but also spongefree.Community could play a positive role in Sponge City construction demonstration.
