装配化装修工艺发展浅析——以中海惠州汤泉项目为例

传统装修在建筑产品质量、建造效率与运维等方面弊端明显。自2016年以来,国家出台一系列政策鼓励发展建筑工业化和装配化装修,诸多建筑企业逐步将装配化装修作为发展重点,而在装配化装修中,部品部件的工艺研发与设计贯穿整个建筑装修全寿命周期,可见其重要性。本文分析装配化装修全流程,并浅析工艺研发与设计,对柯利达集团的工艺研发及项目案例进行简述,探讨装配化装修工艺发展趋势。

Traditional decoration have obvious drawbacks in building products quality,construction efficiency as well as operation and maintenance and etc.Since 2016,the state has issued a series of policies to encourage the development of building industrialization and assembly decoration.Many construction enterprises gradually focus on assembly decoration.And in the assembly decoration,the central part is the technology research and design of building products throughout the whole life cycle of building decoration.This paper first analyzes the whole process of assembly decoration,discusses the technology research and design,then describes the technology research of project cases of Kelida Group,and finally discusses the development trend of assembly decoration.
