以赢得值检测体系为核心的EPC工程项目管理创新

本文主要介绍赢得值检测技术的基本理论以及在总承包项目中的应用方式,赢得值检测体系在国外项目管理界应用已比较成熟,但在国内还不普及,笔者希望通过此文,为有志于应用赢得值技术进行项目管理的国内工作者提供借鉴。

This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of earned value detection technology and its application in the general contracting project.The earned value inspection system has been relatively mature in project management of foreign countries,but is not widespread in China.This article could provide reference for domestic workers in applying the earned value technique for project management.
