钛白酸解渣磁选回收利用技术研究 被引量:2

Study on the reclamation of titanium dioxide slags from acid dissolution using magnetic separation technology

摘要 对钛白酸解渣进行了1粗1精选别方案、粗磨选别方案、细磨再选方案的磁选对比试验,结果表明:采用细磨再选方案选出的精矿TiO_(2)品位最高,粗磨选别方案次之,1粗1精选别方案最低。在酸解过程中,细磨再选方案和粗磨选别方案得到的精矿酸解指标基本类似,均较好。而在沉降过程中,1粗1精选别方案的精矿沉降效果较好,主要是由于其产物中大颗粒较多,便于沉降。在酸解反应模型中发现,酸解反应是分步进行的,颗粒的大小、杂质含量等都是影响酸解反应的主要因素。 With the titanium dioxide slags from acid dissolution,magnetic separation trials were carried out in parallel with following schemes:separation with one rougher and one cleaner,coarse grinding followed by separation and fine grinding followed by re-concentration.The results show that the concentrate produced by fine grinding followed by re-concentration has the highest TiO_(2) grade,the one with coarse grinding followed by separation ranks the second,while the concentrate obtained from magnetic separation with one rougher and one cleaner has the lowest content of TiO_(2).During the acid dissolution of the concentrate,the performance of scheme with either fine grinding followed by re-concentration or coarse grinding followed by separation was relatively better.During the sedimentation process,the concentrate obtained from magnetic separation with one rougher and one cleaner behaved the best because it consisted mostly of large particles which were readily to settle.It is found that the acid dissolution reaction takes place in steps,the particle size and the impurity content of the concentrate are key factors in the acid dissolution process.
