不同产地荒漠肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷成分与抗氧化活性分析 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】对新疆、内蒙古和哈萨克斯坦产地荒漠肉苁蓉的苯乙醇苷化学成分及抗氧化活性进行分析.【方法】以7种苯乙醇苷成分为对照,采用高效液相色谱技术对不同产地荒漠肉苁蓉醇提物进行成分检测与主成分分析;将不同产地荒漠肉苁蓉的醇提物配制成6个不同的浓度梯度,以DPPH、ABTS和总抗氧化能力为指标,对其抗氧化活性进行测定,并采用TOPSIS法进行综合评价.【结果】不同产地荒漠肉苁蓉的苯乙醇苷成分含量有较大差异,内蒙古产地荒漠肉苁蓉中指标成分含量显著高于其他产地,通过主成分分析能将不同产地样品进行有效区分;内蒙古产地样品对DPPH、ABTS的清除能力和总抗氧化能力均高于其他产地;综合评价结果发现,不同产地荒漠肉苁蓉醇提物的综合抗氧化能力由强到弱依次排序:内蒙古样品>哈萨克斯坦样品>新疆样品.【结论】研究结果可为荒漠肉苁蓉资源的开发利用提供依据. 【Objective】To analyze the phenylethanoid glycosides and antioxidant activity of Cistanche deserticola from Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia and Kazakhstan.【Method】Using 7 standard phenylethanoid glycosides as the reference substance,the composition determination and principal component analysis of the alcohol extracts of C.deserticola from different producing areas were carried out by HPLC.The alcohol extracts of C.deserticola from different producing areas were formulated into 6 different concentration gradients,taking DPPH,ABTS and total antioxidant activity as indicators,the antioxidant activity was analyzed and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by TOPSIS method.【Result】The contents of phenylethanoid glycosides in C.deserticola from different producing areas were quite different.The content of index components in C.deserticola from Inner Mongolia was significantly higher than that of other two areas.The principal component analysis could effectively distinguish samples from different producing areas.The scavenging ability of DPPH and ABTS and total antioxidant capacity of samples from Inner Mongolia was the highest.The comprehensive evaluation found that the comprehensive antioxidant capacity of the ethanol extracts of C.deserticola was ranked from strong to weak:Inner Mongolia>Kazakhstan>Xinjiang.【Conclusion】The results could provide a basis for the development and utilization of C.deserticola resources.
