摘要 随着高炉煤比提高,要求提高煤粉粒度,提高煤粉在风口的燃烧率。为此,特购置煤粉粒度测量仪器,不断的调整参数取样化验,进行分析验证。通过攻关,摸索出一套满足粒度要求的操作参数。 with the increase of coal ratio in blast furnace,it is required to improve the particle size of pulverized coal and the combustion rate of pulverized coal in Tuyere.To this end,the purchase of coal particle size measurement equipment,constantly adjust the parameters of sampling tests,analysis and verification.Through tackling key problems,a set of operation parameters to meet the granularity requirements are found out.
