摘要
以2020年下半年马钢B高炉实际生产为依据,分析高炉生产实践数据,总结出B高炉通过加强原燃料质量管理,探索合理的高炉上下部制度,强化操作管理等方式逐步提高了高炉利用系数。2020年四季度开始,高炉利用系数逐步上升,至2021年1季度,高炉产量(去除休风影响)稳定9000 t/d以上,利用系数达到2.25以上。
Based on the actual production of No.B blast furnace in the second half of 2020 at Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the production practice data of No.B blast furnace and summarizes that the utilization coefficient of No.B blast furnace has been gradually improved by strengthening the quality management of raw material and fuel,exploring reasonable system of upper and lower blast furnace,and strengthening operation management.From the fourth quarter of 2020,the utilization coefficient of blast furnace has gradually increased.By the first quarter of 2021,the output of blast furnace(excluding the effect of cut-off wind)has stabilized at more than 9,000 t/d,and the utilization coefficient has reached above 2.25.
