摘要
介绍了马钢中型材分厂在结合以往槽钢孔型设计的基础上,辅以Marc有限元模拟工具,开发20#槽钢孔型系统的过程,该系统在现场得到实际应用,并实现批量稳定生产。切分孔、控制孔、成品孔的尺寸选择合理,侧壁斜度的设计满足现场实际生产要求。对于中型材分厂继续开发其他系列槽钢具有实际借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the process of developing 20#channel based on the previous channel design experience and Marc finite element simulation tool.The system has been applied in the field and realized stable production.The size of slitting hole,control hole and finished product hole is reasonable,and the design of side wall slope meets the actual production requirements.It can be used for reference to develop other series of channel steel in medium section mill.
