摘要
利用先进的控制器、高速的工业现场总线、成熟的控制理论,结合现场复杂的工况,整合一套控制系统,对南山矿尾矿车间接力泵站输尾控制系统进行改造,以取代人工调节存在的缺陷,通过尾矿池液位变化实现尾矿输送的自动化控制。
using advanced controller,high-speed industrial fieldbus and mature control theory,combined with complex on-site working conditions,a set of control system is integrated to transform the tail transmission control system of relay pump station in tailings workshop of Nanshan Mine,so as to replace the defects of manual regulation and realize the automatic control of liquid level in tailings pond.
