In order to strengthen the management of municipal engineering construction and improve the urban and rural living environment,this paper analyzes the causes of the"three super"of municipal engineering,analyzes the problems through the principle of engineering life cycle,puts forward specific optimization measures and countermeasures,and comprehensively promotes the livelihood project,which plays a better enlightening role and effect.
