摘要
依据GB/T 19975—2005标准中高强化纤长丝拉伸性能试验方法测量不同类型快速温变后对芳纶纤维拉伸性能的影响。分别从高温放入、低温放入、常温放入三个初始条件设计快速温变程序,研究高低温冲击对纤维拉伸性能的影响,同时也进行单一高温暴露条件进行对比试验。结果表明,高低温冲击纤维在经过高低温冲击后,拉伸性能与单一高温暴露比有不同程度下降。就高低温冲击本身而言,如温度冲击的程序不同,对材料冲击性能的测定也有一定影响。故实际测试中,应该考虑到温度冲击顺序对测试的影响,规定统一的温度冲击顺序。
According to GB/T 19975—2005 standard,the effect of different types of temperature shock test on the tensile properties of aramid fiber was measured.The temperature shock test program was designed from three initial conditions of high temperature,low temperature and normal temperature,respectively,to study the influence of high and low temperature impact on the tensile properties of the fiber.At the same time,the single high temperature exposure condition was compared.The results show that the tensile properties of high and low temperature impact fiber could decrease in different proportion to the single high temperature exposure ratio after high and low temperature impact.For the high and low temperature shock test,if the temperature shock test procedure is different,it also has a certain influence on the determination of the impact properties of materials.Therefore,in the actual test,the influence of temperature impact sequence on the test should be considered,and a unified temperature impact sequence should be specified.
