高介电常数及低介电损耗的环氧树脂/包覆碳纳米管的制备及研究 被引量:1

摘要 主要研究包覆碳纳米管对环氧树脂介电性能的影响。三聚氰胺甲醛树脂原位聚合对碳纳米管进行包覆,在碳纳米管表面形成高分子绝缘层使其在填充过程中不易相互导通。将包覆碳纳米管按不同包覆比加入环氧树脂,制备环氧树脂/包覆碳纳米管复合材料。当包覆碳纳米管与环氧树脂的包覆比为1∶10,制得的复合材料在1 kHz时介电常数为117,是纯环氧树脂的16.7倍,但介电损耗为0.052,较纯环氧树脂增加了44.4%。 The effect of coated carbon nanotubes on the dielectric properties of epoxy resin was studied.In situ polymerization of melamine formaldehyde resin was used to coat carbon nanotubes,and polymeric nano-films were formed on the surface of carbon nanotubes to make them less susceptible to interconducting during the filling process.The composite was prepared by adding the coated carbon nanotubes to epoxy resin in different mass ratios.When the mass ratio of clad carbon nanotubes and epoxy resin was 1∶10,the composite material was produced with a dielectric constant of 117 at 1 kHz,which was 16.7 times higher than that of pure epoxy resin.However,the dielectric loss was 0.052,which was 44.4%higher than that of pure epoxy resin.
