摘要
针对聚醚砜(PES)超滤膜表面疏水呈化学惰性的问题,通过引入含有活性酸酐基团两亲性大分子苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)实现超滤膜表面功能化。探讨酸酐基团的引入对膜微结构及分离性能的影响规律。结果表明,引入SMA后,超滤膜表面形貌由连续状结构变为海-岛结构。随着SMA含量增加,超滤膜孔径增大;FTIR证实,PES与SMA共混后酸酐基团稳定存在超滤膜表面,未发生水解;当SMA质量分数为4%时,PES/SMA超滤膜平均有效孔径约为42.5 nm,纯水通量为366 L/(m^(2)·h·105 Pa),对BSA蛋白截留率为86%。
Considering the hydrophobic and chemically inert surface of polyether sulfone(PES)ultra filtration(UF)membrane,the surface functionalization of PES/SMA membrane was achieved by introducing amphiphilic macromolecule styrene maleic anhydride(SMA)containing active anhydride group.The results show that the structure-activity relationship of the introduction of SMA on the membrane microstructure and separation performance is investigated.After blending SMA with PES,the surface morphology of PES/SMA membrane changes from continuous structure to island structure.With the increase of SMA contents,the pore size of the film increases.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)confirmes that anhydride groups could stably exist on the surface of UF membrane without hydrolysis.When the SMA content is 4%,the average pore size of PES/SMA membrane is about 42.5 nm,pure water flux is 366 L/(m^(2)·h·105 Pa),and the rejection of bull serum albumin(BSA)is 86%.
