基于CiteSpace的近10年刮痧研究可视化分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索2010年以来国内刮痧领域的发展状况、研究热点和前沿动态。方法以中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库2010年1月—2020年9月收录的所有刮痧研究相关文献作为数据来源,运用CiteSpace软件进行文献作者、机构、关键词的共现分析,并绘制相关可视化图谱。结果共纳入2281篇相关文献,文献数量整体呈平稳上升趋势;作者之间有比较稳固的研究团队,但缺乏跨机构、跨地区的交流与合作;研究热点是对慢性疼痛性疾病(颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出症等)的中医药联合疗法及护理方面;生活质量、循经刮痧、铜砭刮痧、子午流注择时刮痧是当前刮痧研究前沿。结论图谱初步直观地展示了刮痧领域发展趋势,揭示了研究热点,建议未来加强机构间合作,创新刮痧理论及技术,助力临床刮痧技术的发展。 Objective To explore the development status,research hotspots and frontier trends of scraping in China since 2010.Methods All scraping related literatures collected in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases from January 2010 to September 2020 were used as data sources,and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the co-occurrence of literature authors,institutions and keywords,and draw relevant visual maps.Results A total of 2281 related literatures were included,and the number of literatures showed a steady upward trend as a whole;There is a relatively stable research team among the authors,but there is a lack of cross institutional and cross regional communication and cooperation;The research focus is the combination therapy and nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic painful diseases(cervical spondylosis,periarthritis of shoulder,lumbar disc herniation,etc.);Quality of life,Meridian scraping,copper needle scraping and meridian flow timing scraping are the forefront of current scraping research.Conclusion The map preliminarily and intuitively shows the development trend of scraping field and reveals the research hotspots.It is suggested to strengthen inter agency cooperation,innovate scraping theory and technology,and help the development of clinical scraping technology in the future.
