小半夏汤协同防治妇科肿瘤化疗性恶心呕吐临床研究

Clinical Study of Xiaobanxia Decoction in The Prevention and Treatment of Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting in Gynecological Tumors

目的观察小半夏汤协同防治妇科肿瘤化疗性恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将100例妇科肿瘤化疗患者按照相同化疗方案随机分成两组,每组50例,对照组给予盐酸昂丹司琼注射液,治疗组联合使用小半夏汤,观察化疗后第1-7 d的食欲、恶心、呕吐等情况。结果化疗后第1 d两组患者的食欲、恶心、呕吐等情况无明细差异(P>0.05),而化疗后第2-6 d治疗组患者的食欲较好,恶心呕吐发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小半夏汤可以明显改善妇科肿瘤化疗后延迟性恶心呕吐的发生及减轻恶心呕吐的程度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaobanxia decoction on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in gynecological tumors.Methods 100 patients with gynecological tumors were randomly divided into two groups according to the same chemotherapy scheme,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given ondansetron hydrochloride injection,and the treatment group was combined with Xiaobanxia decoction.The appetite,nausea and vomiting were observed from 1 to 7 days after chemotherapy.Results There was no significant difference in appetite,nausea and vomiting between the two groups on the first day after chemotherapy(P>0.05),but the patients in the treatment group on the second to sixth days after chemotherapy had better appetite and lower incidence of nausea and vomiting(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaobanxia decoction can significantly improve the occurrence of delayed nausea and vomiting after gynecological tumor chemotherapy and reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting.
