摘要
针对梅钢烧结固体燃料破碎过程中过粉碎现象严重的现状,分析了固体燃料过粉碎对烧结生产过程带来的不利影响。同时从物料来源、操作、设备等方面分析了过粉碎的原因,并提出相应的改善措施。改善措施落实后,固体燃料破碎过程中过粉碎现象有所减少,经检测固体燃料粒度≤0.5 mm粒级比例由30.56%下降至27.28%,烧结过程固体燃料消耗由49.06 kg/t下降至48.38 kg/t。
In view of the serious over crushing phenomenon in the process of solid fuel crushing in Meisteel, the adverse effects of solid fuel over crushing on the sintering process are analyzed. At the same time, the causes of over crushing are analyzed from the aspects of material source, operation and equipment, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. After the implementation of the improvement measures, the phenomenon of over crushing in the process of solid fuel crushing has been reduced, the proportion of solid fuel particle size less than 0.5 mm has decreased from 30.56% to 27.28%, and the solid fuel consumption in the sintering process has decreased from 49.06 kg/t to 48.38 kg/t.
