摘要
通过韶钢高炉炉缸浇注后的快速开炉达产实践,总结出系列优化开炉过程参数控制的措施,实现了快速开炉达产的良好效果。高炉点火后24 h喷煤、28 h富氧、30 h实现全风,第三天即达产3 098 t,利用系数达2.95 t/m^(3)·d,开炉两周产量突破历史记录最高,日产达3 958 t/d,同时热风炉、炉前系统均实现平稳运行,创造了韶钢历次开炉的最佳水平。
Through the practice of fast opening of blast furnace cylinder after pouring, a series of measures to optimize the parameters control of the opening process are summarized, and the good effect of fast opening of blast furnace is achieved. After ignition, 24 h of coal injection, 28 h of oxygen enrichment, 30 h of full wind, the third day, the production of 3 098 t, utilization factor of 2.95 t/m^(3)·d, two weeks of furnace production broke the record of the highest daily output of 3 958 t/d, at the same time, the hot blast furnace and furnace front system achieved stable operation, creating the best level of Shaogang ever open furnace.
