摘要
天车啃轨是指行走机构在运行过程中,轮缘与轨道侧面相互摩擦,导致车轮与轨道磨损。在天车使用过程中,由于车轮啃轨问题的严重性,会造成运行过程中阻力增大,从而导致轨道、车轮、减速机、电机、接触器等电气元件使用寿命缩短。因此,啃轨问题不仅影响设备使用寿命,同时还增减设备的维护成本,严重时会引发安全事故。
