基于Citespace的国内外灾害护理研究热点的可视化分析

Citespace-based visualization analysis of researches on disaster nursing at home and abroad

目的梳理灾害护理研究的发展脉络,分析比较国内外灾害护理的研究热点与前沿,为我国灾害护理研究提供参考依据。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库库(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集中发表的灾害护理相关文献,使用Citespace软件进行可视化分析。结果共检索到中文文献507篇,英文文献884篇,年刊载量均从2008年以后有较稳定的增长趋势,高产机构和作者缺乏一定合作,中英文文献共同的研究热点是灾害护理教育、灾害护理准备度,英文文献还侧重对灾后心理健康的研究,较中文文献更全面。结论国内外灾害护理研究所处的发展阶段不同,研究热点存在差异,今后需在提高研究深度和广度的同时,加强机构间和专业间合作,灾害护理教育干预、灾后心理健康和灾害准备度可能会成为未来灾害护理的关注热点。

Objective To summarize,analyze and compare the development,hotspots and frontiers of disaster care research both at home and abroadandto provide reference basis for disaster nursing research in China.Methods Collect disaster nursing related papers in CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)database by using Citespace software.Results 507 references were retrieved in CNKI database and 884 references in WOS,with a steady growth trend since 2008.There is still lack of cooperation among high-production institutions and authors.Both Chinese and English papers are focousing on disaster nursing education and disaster readiness,while English papers also focuses on the study of post-disaster psychological health.Conclusion Disaster nursing research institutes at home and abroad have different development stages and research hotspots.In the future,it is necessary to enhance the depth and breadth of research and strengthen the cooperation between institutions and professionals.The educational intervention,post-disaster mental health and disaster preparedness of disaster care may become the focus of attention in the future.
