热镀锌薄带钢穿带堆钢的原因及控制 被引量:5

摘要 采用某1700 mm热镀锌连续机组生产薄规格带钢时,在开卷后的穿带过程中频繁发生堆钢。为此,对原料带钢的板形、表面粗糙度和表面残油量及穿带导板的表面结构等影响带钢堆钢的因素进行了分析。结果表明:原料带钢头尾板形不良、表面粗糙度低和表面残油量高,以及在运行过程中与穿带导板之间发生局部黏合,是导致热镀锌机组带钢堆钢的主要原因。通过调整原料带钢的头尾板形幅值、表面粗糙度和表面残油量,改造穿带导板的表面构造,并增加预警装置,基本解决了热镀锌薄规格带钢的穿带堆钢问题。 When thin-gauge strip was produced in a 1700-mm hot dip galvanizing continuous line,the strip piling-up frequently occurred during threading after uncoiling.For this reason,the factors influencing the piling-up of strip,such as shape,surface roughness and residual oil amount of the raw strip,and surface structure of the threading guide plate,were analyzed.The results indicated that the raw strip exhibited poor shape at head and tail,low surface roughness and high residual oil amount,as well as local adhesion to the threading guide plate during operation,which proved to be essential cause of the strip piling-up in hot dip galvanizing line.The shape amplitudes at head and tail,surface roughness and residual oil amount of the raw strip were adjusted,the surface structure of threading guide plate was remade,and an early warning system was added,as a result,the problem of piling-up of thin-gauge strip during threading has been basically solved.
