浮游植物完整性指数与水体富营养化相关性研究——以漳泽水库为例 被引量:4

摘要 以浮游植物完整性指数(P-IBI)为基础的生态健康评价已经逐渐进入了人们的视线,但当前利用P-IBI进行的水库生态健康评价主要是简单地建立评价系统表征水体生态健康程度,聚焦于P-IBI评价体系反映富营养化程度的能力少见报道。以漳泽水库为研究对象,于2019年开展了3次浮游植物与环境因子调查,在分析浮游植物群落结构的基础上,建立生物完整性评价体系对漳泽水库开展了生态健康评价,分析与富营养化程度、环境因子的相关性。研究结果表明:水库共检测到浮游植物7门57属135种,7月以绿藻门、蓝藻门为优势门类,而10、11月以绿藻门、蓝藻门、硅藻门占主要优势。水库的营养状态指数评价结果:轻度富营养化占比63.3%,中度、重度富营养化的比例分别为26.7%、10%,且沿着采样点方向,富营养化逐渐加重。水库所有采样点的浮游植物完整性评价中,库尾部分采样点评价结果较差,坝前生态健康程度较好。6.67%的采样点评价结果为健康,73.33%的采样点评价结果为中等,13.33%的采样点评价结果为一般,评价为差与极差的采样点均为3.33%。P-IBI分值与浮游植物生物量、富营养化指数显著负相关,浮游植物完整性越差,富营养化越严重,P-IBI指标可作为反映水环境营养状态的标准。构建的P-IBI体系可反映漳泽水库的水生态状况,可为漳泽水库水生态的管理及保护提供依据。 The ecological health assessment based on the phytoplankton index of biotic integrity(P-IBI)has gradually come into people's attention,but the current reservoir ecological health assessment using P-IBI is mainly to establish a simple assessment system to represent the water ecological health,and it is rare to focus on the ability of the P-IBI evaluation system to reflect the degree of eutrophication.This research takes Zhangze Reservoir as the research objectt.In 2019,three surveys of phytoplankton and environmental factors were conducted.Based on the analysis of the phytoplankton community structure,a biological integrity evaluation system was established for Zhangze Reservoir.An ecological health assessment was carried out and its correlation with eutrophication and environmental factors was analyzed.The results showed that 131 species of 54 genera and 7 phyla of phytoplankton were detected in the reservoir.The Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta were the dominant phyla in July,while the Chlorophyta,Cyanophyta,and Diatom phyta were the dominant phyla in October and November.In the evaluation results of the nutritional status index of the reservoir,mild eutrophication accounted for 63.3%,and the proportions of moderate and severe eutrophication were 26.7%and 10%,respectively.Along the direction of the sampling point,eutrophication gradually increased.In the evaluation of the P-IBI of all sampling points in the reservoir,Some samples at the end of the reservoir have poor evaluation results,and the ecological health in front of the dam is relatively good.6.67%of the sampling evaluation results are healthy,73.33%of them are moderate,13.33%of them are average,and 3.33%of them are poor or extreme.The P-IBI score was significantly negatively related to phytoplankton biomass and eutrophication index.The P-IBI index can be used as a standard to reflect the nutritional status of the water environment.The P-IBI system constructed in this study reflects the water ecological situation of Zhangze Reservoir,and can provide basis for the management and protection of Zhangze Reservoir's aquatic ecology.
