摘要
依托一种自浮式水下基床整平平台,对该整平平台上的重要组成部分——刮铲装置进行了设计与分析,提出了一种结构简单、运行可靠的刮铲装置。对组成刮铲装置的刮铲结构、牵引机构和行走机构分别进行了多种方案的对比论证,确定了由平板式刮铲结构、绞车牵引机构和点接触的滚动式行走机构组成的刮铲装置。采用MSC.Patran/Nastran对刮铲结构进行了强度分析,分析结果满足规范要求。最后对主要承受载荷的行走轮部件进行了受力分析、理论强度校核和ANSYS数值计算,通过两种验证方法均得出行走轮强度满足规范要求。
Based on a self-floating underwater bed leveling platform,this paper designs and analyzes the scraper device,an important part of the leveling platform,and proposes a scraper device with simple structure and reliable operation. Different schemes of the scraper structure,traction mechanism and walking mechanism of the scraper device are compared and demonstrated respectively,and finally confirms that the scraper device is made up of flat scraper structure,winch traction mechanism and point contact rolling walking mechanism. The strength of the scraper was analyzed by MSC. Patran/Nastran,and the results of calculation meet the requirements of the specification. Last of all,theoretical strength checking and numerical calculation are carried out on the components of the walking wheel which bear the main load. Through these two methods,it is confirmed that the walking wheel strength meets the requirement.
