航空业竞争下中国高速铁路运营优化探讨

Development and Optimization of China High Speed Railway Under the Competition of Aviation Industry

近年来中国高速铁路飞速发展,同时面临着航空业的激烈竞争,通过分析竞争对手航空业的客运需求量、机票价格,利用航空客运需求数据,运用计量模型以中国三大航空公司为例分析高速铁路对航空公司客运需求和机票价格的影响,研究高速铁路及其运行特征对航空运输需求的影响及价格弹性,证实高速铁路服务的进入对航空运输需求有很大影响。为更好地适应客流及其需求特性,高速铁路应考虑开行与航空航线平行的班列,充分发挥技术经济优势,更多开行两点间的直通列车,并重点优化运行时间或速度。

In recent years, facing severe competition from the aviation industry, the high speed railway has developed rapidly in China. By analyzing the passenger demand volume and ticket fare of the aviation industry, this paper built an econometric model and took three major airlines as examples to analyze the impact of high speed railways on passenger demand and ticket fare of airlines. It studied the influence of high speed railways and their operation characteristics on air transport demand and price flexibility, confirming that high speed railways have a negative impact on air transport demand. To better adapt to passenger flow and demand characteristics, high speed railways should be parallel to aviation routes, givingfull play to the advantages of technological and economic benefits. In addition, the transit trains between origination and destination should be encouraged with a focus on optimizing running time or speed.
