摘要
霍尔果斯铁路口岸站是中欧班列重要的集疏运中心节点,为提高集装箱货物转运效率、降低成本、减少污染,在阐述霍尔果斯口岸站站场布置形式的基础上,从连接中心销方案、连接构架检查孔方案、连接制动梁方案等方面对换轮作业工艺方案进行优化研究;从轨道式集装箱门式起重机装卸设计计算、仿真分析等方面对换装作业工艺方案进行优化研究。最后通过对换轮和换装转运工艺方案的比较提出霍尔果斯口岸站集装箱转运采用换装与换轮互补的方式,换装采用整列装卸的方式,对于提高口岸站运行质量和效益具有一定的意义,同时也为类似口岸站的改造提供了参考。
Horgos Port Station is a central node for the collection and distribution of China Railway Express. To improve the efficiency of container cargo transfer and reduce costs and pollution, this paper analyzed the layout of Horgos Port Station firstly and then researched on an optimized scheme for wheel changing process in connecting the center pin, the inspection hole in the frame, and the brake beam. Moreover, it studied an upgraded reloading scheme through simulation analysis and calculation and design for container loading and unloading by the railmounted gantry crane. Finally, based on the comparison between transfer process schemes of wheel changing and reloading, this paper put forward a combined transfer mode integrating wheel changing and reloading at Horgos Port Station, and the whole train loading and unloading method was adopted for reloading. This research can improve the operational quality and benefit of port stations and provide a reference for the transformation of similar port stations.
